Hempel 45880 epoxy Mastic Primer 20L

Hempels Mastic 45880 is a two-component  high solids, high build epoxy paint. It forms a hard and tough coating, has good wetting
properties and low temperature curing.
A Self priming multipurpose semi gloss epoxy where an extremely tough coating is required. Ideal for inside hulls, tanks (non Potable), an alternative to 'flowcoat' anywhere where a tough coating is required . Can be used as a topcoat where the protperties of an epoxy are acceptable ie, Semi gloss , not UV stable will chalk and fade over time.

Great for a hardwearing coating for concrete floors in garages, factories, warehouses etc

Colour: Can be tinted to any RAL colour or Mid grey for concrete floors

Thinners: Hempel 845 Thinners

For coating concrete floors floors need to be washed clean, Degreased and if neccessary wire brushed or lightly ground to remove surface contaminants.

A first coat of hempels 599 epoxy sealer is applied or epoxy mastic thinned 50%

2nd and 3rd coats unthinned epoxy mastic.

Can be sprayed , brushed or rolled.
